All new users receive free access for the
first 2 months. After the trial period,
continued use of premium services requires
payment of the applicable subscription fee.
Payments are securely processed through
trusted payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Tutors must provide genuine educational information, maintain professional behavior, and avoid misleading or fraudulent activities while interacting with students and parents.
Parents must provide accurate tuition requirements and maintain respectful communication with tutors on the platform.
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, spamming, abusive behavior, unauthorized advertising, data misuse, or any illegal activities on the platform.
Home Tutor Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in suspicious activities.
Home Tutor Marketplace acts only as a connecting platform between tutors and parents. We are not directly responsible for educational outcomes, personal disputes, or offline agreements between users.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
